Reviews and Ratings <br />
My recent stay at this resort spa was memorable, with spacious and clean rooms that provided ample comfort. The amenities like the heated indoor pool and hot tub added to the experience, making it perfect for relaxation. Although navigating through the casino to reach the hotel room was a bit of a maze, the overall value for what we received was quite good. On the downside, the dining options fell short during peak hours, being understaffed, which detracted from an otherwise fantastic experience.
During my stay, I appreciated the spacious rooms and excellent facilities, especially the heated indoor pool and hot tub. However, getting to the hotel entrance was a bit confusing, and parking arrangements could be improved. The on-site dining was enjoyable, and I found the overall value for money quite satisfactory.
This hotel has a great setup with spacious rooms and a relaxing pool area. However, my experience with the staff was quite mixed; some were great, while others left a lot to be desired. The location near the historic district is perfect for exploring, but the dining options need improvement. Overall, if you’re looking for a spacious place to stay with solid facilities, it might be worth it, but be prepared for some service inconsistencies.
The hotel has a lot going for it with clean, comfortable rooms and a great indoor pool and hot tub that are open 24 hours. However, navigating through the casino to access the hotel and dealing with the poor Wi-Fi can be frustrating. It's certainly a unique experience with a blend of history and modern amenities, but it's not without its challenges.
Our stay at the hotel was quite enjoyable, thanks to the prime location near downtown Deadwood, which made exploring easy. The room was spacious and clean, and we appreciated the pet-friendly policy. However, the restaurant was closed during our visit, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, we felt we got good value for our money considering all the amenities and the lovely indoor pool.
